Day accessThe 2026 Optimist World Championship was hosted by the Royal Yacht Club de Tanger at Tanja Marina Bay, Morocco, with 284 sailors from 70 countries. Available MetaSail recordings cover the June 25–27 final series: championship races R6–R12, after five qualifying races. Gold, Silver, Bronze and Emerald are separate fleets. Earlier qualifying races and the team-racing championship are not included in these recordings. Race reports checked against the official results are available for all 12 supported fleet-days. Some GPS finish comparisons and daily summaries are omitted where attributable tracking is incomplete. GPS-derived starts, wind and race analysis are approximate. Official scores and penalties are determined by the organizer. Data source: MetaSail. Data may have gaps. See an error or need help? Reach out to contact@sailsync.ai.
