Sign in for event-day accessThe 2026 AMVK Optimist Hungarian Open Championship took place at Alsóörs Marina on Lake Balaton, Hungary, from 15–20 September. The official fleet comprised 91 young sailors. GPS reports cover qualifying Blue and Yellow fleets on 17 September and Gold and Silver finals on 18 and 20 September. Qualifying Q1–Q4 and final-series F1–F8 (Gold) or F1–F7 (Silver) retain their separate official numbering; daily report race numbers are within their named phase. Racing followed a trapezoid course with a leeward gate and separate finish. No tracker races are available for the windless days. Tracking and fleet-wind estimates are approximate and may contain gaps; official results remain authoritative.
